Working with Madison and Malarie was an absolute privilege. We were hired as a the bartending service for an all-day music event and 50th birthday celebration, and from the very beginning they treated us with professionalism, warmth, and genuine kindness.
The weather threw us a curveball, along with a few other unexpected elements, but the way Madison and Malarie pivoted was truly impressive. Every adjustment was handled with calm confidence, clear communication, and a level of grace you don’t often see in event planning—especially under pressure.
What could have been a stressful situation ended up feeling seamless. They protected the guest experience at every turn and made sure all vendors—including us—felt supported and in sync.
